  • Does the Silk Press cause heat damage?
    When done correctly, a silk press will not cause damage to your hair. Our silk press service is done in a way that allows us to use less heat while achieving extraordinary results.
  • Is a Silk Press a chemical?
    No the Silk Press service is not a chemical.
  • Can I silk press and color in the same day?
    Receiving a color service and silk press on the same day is possible based on the health and condiiton of your hair.
  • If the time desired is not available but later becomes available will anyone notify me?
    Unfortunately we will not notify you. We ask that you check back periodically to see if your desired appointment time becomes available.
  • Are there any same day appointments?
    To ensure that everyone is serviced in a timely manner and at the respect of those who have reserved a Glam Experience, we do not take any same day appointments. All Glam Experiences must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Can you remove my hair extensions?
    At this time, extensions not installed by the Glam Experience cannot be removed. Clients must come with hair already taken down.
  • Do you service children?
    We do not service children 17 or younger at this time.
  • Where should I come for my appointment?
    Once your appointment is confirmed, your service will be provided at 777 Franklin Ave. Brooklyn Ny 11238. Upon arrival please ask for Amber's assistant.
  • Is it okay if my friend comes with me?
    Please do not bring children or any additional guests with you to your Glam Experience.
Things to Know

THINGS TO KNOW

 

Policies and prices are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of each salon guest to read and understand all policies 

 

Every guest will be granted a 7 minute grace period for tardiness. It will be the decision of the stylist at the time of arrival  that decides if you can be serviced. If not, you must reserve a new Glam Experience in order to be serviced.

ONLY those persons who have made appointments with us are allowed entry. Please do not bring children or any additional guests with you to your Glam Experience.

PAYMENTS

​

A $50.00 deposit with $2 service charge is acquired for every scheduled Glam Experience. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits received go toward the TOTAL cost of service(s) rendered. If your Glam Experience is cancelled within 48 hours of your service, your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled Glam Experience. The new reservation must be scheduled for service within the next 14 days. There are no deposit transfers for cancelled reservations.

 

BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN CASH!

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of services, there are absolutely no refunds.

Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Salon guests must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation via email. The deposit paid at the time of booking remains Non- Refundable. You may reserve another Glam Experience by using the reschedule link provided on the confirmation email sent to you at the original time of booking without having to pay an additional deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
